I just got into real estate more than a year ago. One of the worst times, bad luck. But I chose not to believe this, I know I am destined for greatness in this field. I know how to do REO bank owned properties by undergoing some REO training and initially going into a REO home study course. With these trainings, I was also briefed on everything that I need to do when selling a REO. Who to approach, when and how. I have been a salesman all my life but this , they teach you a lot more to be able to make it good in real estate.
